Fairyland Aromatics Shipping & Returns
1. Orders & Delivery: There will be no minimum order, however packaging and postage will be charged in accordance with company policy which currently is £3.00 per order no matter the number of items, and orders over the value of £100.00 will be carriage FREE. For areas outside the UK please check additional information where it is stated that the company reserve the right to confirm postage costs and contact the purchaser, by email, to confirm these charges prior to the supply of any goods ordered.
2. Sale or Return Policy: Fairyland Aromatics offers a NO QUIBBLE sale or return policy. Simply return the goods in the original packaging within 7 days and we will refund you purchase once we receive the goods in saleable condition In the event that a customer changes their mind after the 7 day period the customer must first phone or email and obtain agreement to return the goods. A reference number must be obtained from the company prior to return. Information will be required to cross match the original purchase and payment details. The customer will be required to return any goods at their own cost and should obtain proof of postage which may be required to be produced as evidence of return. Fairyland Aromatics will not be responsible for the safe conveyance of items returned and in the event of lost items no refund will be given.
3. Defective Goods or Breakages: In the event of defective goods the purchaser should report the matter to the company within 3 days by phone or e-mail and seek instruction. Items for return should be sent complete with their original packaging to allow inspection and for the company to address any issues surrounding handling with the consignee. In the event of items that have been purchased directly or in person from Rade retail shop the customer will have been deemed to have satisfied themselves at purchase that the goods were in a satisfactory condition and the company hold no responsibility for goods once they have left the premises in the customers possession. Once goods have left the building they are no longer covered by Fairyland Aromatics insurance and are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. It is the purchasers responsibility to ensure their safe arrival at those chosen destination.
4. Delivery Dates & Shortages: Any dates specified by the company for delivery of the goods are intended to be an estimate. Every effort will be made to complete orders within the stated period, however, stock delays can impede successful completion dates and should this be the case the company will make every endeavour to complete the order as soon as stocks become available. Out of stock items can normally be replenished between 7 and 14 days, unusual sizes can take longer. In the event of serious delays the company will contact the purchaser and offer a substitution or cancellation.
5. Risk of loss or damage to goods passes to customer at time of delivery. All goods remain the property of Fairyland Aromatics, until payment is made in full
6. Web Shop sales: Payment by credit card or debit card will be conducted through a secure agent site. In the event of an order being placed by mail using a cheque facility please allow up to 7 working days for the cheque to clear. In the event that an item is out of stock at time of ordering, we reserve the right to substitute with an item of similar nature - unless requested not to.
7. Payment details: Please make cheques payable to Fairyland Aromatics. Please note in the event of it being necessary to return a cheque, postage and any incurred bank charges may be claimed.
8. Prices & Descriptions: All prices quoted include VAT where applicable, which will be charged at the prevailing rate at date of invoicing.
9. Please Note: We reserve the right to substitute out of stock items with similar items where appropriate. Every attempt will be made to contact the customer for approval prior to any substitution.
